Used their UHaul service & was overcharged. Wish I had read reviews of this place earlier. Even if you do everything right - estimate your mileage, put more than enough fuel in the tank, they will find a reason to charge you.
CAVEAT EMPTOR. Rented 15 ft of scaffold. Owners & employee loaded the items on the truck after explaining what they were. AT LEAST once, one asked the other "did you load this or that item?" in a bit of confusion. NOT ORGANIZED OR SURE. Took photos of what I got so I'd be sure to take everything back. TWO EMPLOYEES unloaded my truck putting thing back inside in the stacks of other like pieces. During the UNLOAD one would ask the other did you take of a WHATEVER IT WAS CALLED.
