Just got off the phone with these folks. I was told, "I've got a customer sitting right here in front of me talking about buying a car and I'm talking about a $50 trailer rental." I get it, got to go where the money is, but I found his response to be incredibly rude. If I am such an inconvenience, don't pick up the phone!
