This was the first company that replied back to me after I put in over a dozen requests. They called me back the next day, had an agent come out after our work schedule around 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. so it was great with our schedules. The gentleman who came out was named Evan. He was fantastic! He was real, upfront, honest, and overall a genuine person. Sharon was fantastic. She explained everything, provided visuals and gave me a great price! Can't wait to get my new and improved roof! Update: Mission accomplished! I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! It looks awesome! I can't believe it's my house...lol

From our first meeting to the install. The team has been professional and friendly. Bad weather conditions made for a tricky install. But the team did the best they could with keeping the floors clean, lots of snow in the ground. I took a lighter around the new windows checking for leaks. None to be found. They did a good job start to finish. Thanks Sears Family

I LOVE my new windows! I'm opting to have my windows replaced over time due to the age of my house - everything's custom and more $. I recently had American Remodeling replace a third of my windows, and I got exactly what I wanted - low maintenance and energy efficient windows that look like the original 200+ year old windows. Everyone at American Remodeling was great to work with. These people charged me for a complete roof, but they didn't do a good job. They said they'd come back to fix it, but they never did. The salesman, Rian, said they'd replace up to six panels, but they didn't, and the work was terrible. They recommended a finance company for a loan, but when you call the company, they say, "We don't finance labor, only materials." I imagine that this roof, with its half-finished job, could have cost $12,000 in materials alone, which is why I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
