My husband Dennis and I were very pleased with the services provided. From our initial contact with the salesperson, office staff and technicians who installed our floor. All have been polite, knowledgeable and pleasant. We did not feel pressured on initial contact and all our questions were answered. The technicians were efficient and the floor looks great. I had American Remodeling come in to my house. Give me an estimate on putting five new windows into my upstairs bedrooms. I had other companies in here before and they were way overpriced. I am so glad that I picked American Remodeling company to do the project I need to be done. They came and did the job all in one day there was no mess no cleanup everything was done. First was the sale. Yes to some it may be too straightforward but we appreciated it. Mike was great at proving samples of the product so we could see for ourselves the quality of the product. He explained the process steps of getting the roof completed from signing of the contact to weather variables, dumpster deliver, repairs, roof installation, cleanup and dumpster removal.
