Absolutely Amazing Awesome Phenomenal FIVE STARS team. I was visiting Baltimore for few weeks and i always try to find American Red Cross location. I was speechless when I came across this location. From the wonderful gentleman volunteering at desk to everyone i met. I mean they are all so caring and genuine. It is just what makes American Red Cross the trusted company i have my trust with. I have donated at this location a number of times and had mixed results. Several times I have had a good experience with the staff and felt valued and taken care of. Several other times, I have met with staff who couldn't be less enthusiastic that I showed up for my appointment. She was extremely flat with me, showed no emotion and barked orders. When it came time finally give blood, she cleaned the skin and then far too quickly inserted the angio catheter causing it to sting far more than it should. Then, she asked me almos... read more
