The employees here always make me feel comfortable. I sometimes have adverse reactions and let them know in advance-- they are great about giving me juice or something to cool me off. The process has always been smooth and efficient.
I had a horrible experience at this donation center and I will not be returning. The shift manager was unattentive. I walked into the office and waited for 30 minutes without anyone saying anything to me. Then someone finally told me that I need to sign in but because I was waiting there unattended for 30 minutes, I was told that I was late and would have to wait another hour. Jahnne was great!! I always have a hard time donating blood but she made it seamless, quick and less painful!
