I've been a Red Cross donor for a while now and have been visiting this location for the past five years. The facility is well-maintained, and the staff are always professional and courteous. I always schedule an appointment in advance, and most of the time, the donation process starts on time. Overall, it's a smooth and efficient experience every time.
Have given blood often but for some reason started feeling nauseated about halfway through. The staff were right on it. Very considerate and encouraging. Can't say enough about how nice and accommodating they were. Even checked on me after going out to the waiting area to sit down before leaving.
It went pretty smoothly.
I’ve given 2+ gallons of blood and have never had such a terrible experience! When I arrived no one seemed to notice I had walked in. When Jasper finally came out to greet me he acted like I was an inconvenience. While taking my information he kept making comments, I’m not sure if he was trying to be funny or what but he came off very rude and unprofessional.
