The supervisor in charge was Absolutely Horrible. She was eating when I walked in. I tried to check in on the computer, had some issues, she came over and snatched my ID out of my hand and told me this is how you do it....didn't work for her either. Poor volunteers their were embarrassed. We finally got me checked in, and she walked away muttering she did want to work today. In the span of the past roughly 3.5 years I've had two appointments canceled on me; the 1st-time was a retaliatory effort for me promptly canceling a prior-booked session. I had chalked this up to just a one-off sorta thing, however this was clearly a mistake. Mind you these 2 cancellations were at least 3 full years apart, so pretty much the same result occuring with mostly if not completely different staff. I like this location. I'll donate whole blood #6 for the year in late December. I met a different phlebotomist each visit and have nothing bad to say about any of the women I've worked with.
