I wish there were other places to donate. Their policies dont make sense... They are extremely rude and if you go to donate with good heart they show all sort of rules and regulations. Who will donate to them with all these rules. I had not one but two experiences with my family recently. I will donate anywhere else but not to them.

I find the staff here rude and inconsistent. I've had people get frustrated I ran the door bell, I had someone debate a few small cat scratches before just staring at me ambivalently until I left. The staff are frequently unfriendly when you need assistance with the registration materials. Plz stop calling me about shortages.

I had an amazing experience here today with a registered nurse, Diana (or Diane..?) and the staff and volunteers. My blood donation went well, but, while I was waiting in the snack area afterward I passed out with very little warning. Diana, Michael,!and the team jumped into action and took incredible care of me. I was unaware of it, but I learned afterwards that they carefully got me from sitting to a bed and covered me with ice to cool me down. The supervisor in charge was Absolutely Horrible. She was eating when I walked in. I tried to check in on the computer, had some issues, she came over and snatched my ID out of my hand and told me this is how you do it....didn't work for her either. Poor volunteers their were embarrassed. We finally got me checked in, and she walked away muttering she did want to work today. In the span of the past roughly 3.5 years I've had two appointments canceled on me; the 1st-time was a retaliatory effort for me promptly canceling a prior-booked session. I had chalked this up to just a one-off sorta thing, however this was clearly a mistake. Mind you these 2 cancellations were at least 3 full years apart, so pretty much the same result occuring with mostly if not completely different staff.
