I donated again a couple of days ago and got this really nice girl from the Newark location that was helping out over there. I sure wish I could get her every single time. I would donate a lot more often. Loved her personality! Really nice and I bled out so fast in that bag that I actually wish it would have went slower so I could have talked to her longer. I love normal down to earth people like her. Hopefully next time I get her again or maybe next time I just might drive over to Newark! 🙃
I always enjoy coming to this location to donate blood. All of the employees are super friendly and welcoming🤍
I had a bad experience with one of the guys that drawed my blood. When he pulled the needle out he intentionally flicked the needle upwards instead of pulling it straight out. He seemed very racist against whites and attempted to split my vein or inflict pain. When I went back the next time I spoke with management about him and found out he works in Columbus and helps out at the Lancaster location. This place is excellent! The space is clean, calm, warm and positive. I never have to wait to donate, the staff is well trained, efficient, professional and friendly. I feel well taken care of when donating.
Very nice facility and super nice people but it’s easier to find if you go in entrance D on the lower level which is on the giant eagle side of the building
