Today was the smoothest experience I’ve ever had since I started donating blood. The staff was amazing and incredibly friendly—from the check-in process, where I was warmly welcomed, to the health check, which was quick and easy. I truly enjoyed our conversation during the process, and the donation itself was so smooth that I barely felt the needle at all. Thank you all for such a great experience. Always 30 minutes to 1 hour wait just to give blood. I really don't understand why. You trying to do something to help people, and they just willingly flush your time down the toilet. I'm not going back to your blood anymore. Edit/Update...... I decided to give them another chance and I gave blood. Everyone was very prompt and very professional.
