Such a wonderful place & great staff!
Waited for two hours before finally seeing a technician to take my blood. They caused me a great deal of pain trying to get a vein (usually not a problem with me) and I had to leave before donating because I was so uncomfortable. Please be mindful of people's time and make sure your staff is experienced.
I've been donating at this location since it opened and it's been a great experience every time. They're all good, but Shawanda is a PRO. I'm typically a difficult draw, but she gets it on the first shot and I don't even feel a thing.
Always a great experience. Most ARC employees and volunteers are professional and personable. They always try to make it a fun and positive experience. Thank you.
