Only gave one star because to leave a review had to do that but they are still worth -10 stars. Called to ask questions and staff treated me like my questions were stupid and whoever read at front desk and answered phones on 10/22/2024 was horrible they literally just brushed me off like I was not worth their time was treated like I’m beneath them because they are apart of America Red Cross. I am very impressed with the quantity of professionalism that I observed. I also was impressed with the one on one attention given. It was a very good experience. I took away one star because by this day and age you would think the canteen would provide gluten free snacks of some sort. Just get some GFB please than all will be right in the universe of blood giving.
