Couldn't find the building. It keeps taking me to benefis hospital and then no one knows where it is. I missed my appointment. I did finally find it just behind the ER building. It was a great experience the staff really make it a good time.
Love the staff here! I have been donating platelets here for about two years and the staff really bends over backwards to accommodate donors.
My husband and I had a terrible experience attempting to donate blood. We wanted to donate blood, so we made an appointment online through Red Cross's website. We had trouble finding the correct building, which isn't their fault. However, we got there 5 minutes prior to my husband's 15 minute appointment. We rang the bell twice, and tried to talk loudly so we could be heard.
