I paid for a CPR recertification online and it took $77.00 X 4, then it says I'm not enrolled in a class that I obviously am on the 7th of this month. There were 2 spaces left when I paid. I need to speak with a human being, but there's never one on the 800#. I think all classes such as this should be paid for by employers or made available by your employer. I hope when we show up on Thursday we can get in. I think of the Red Cross like Goodwill anymore. $$$$

It was very nice to deal with people who cared about others and want to improve Society. Unlike Inova blood donation, these people know what they're doing and like what they're doing. Everyone was smiling at me and they were glad I was there donating blood. Unlike Inova Blood Donation Center in Sterling. I was able to get in and out very quickly and it was a pleasant experience. Also they only had to stick me one time instead of multiple times like other places.

For various reasons this is a terrible place. Asking a worker to change their gloves after they've touched the same pen everyone (including both those donating and workers) is like asking for a million dollars. There's more to this story...
