The staff wouldn’t allow me to check in for my scheduled appointment and told me that my veins don’t “look good enough”. I’ve donated in the past with no issues. I was told that they need units as to why I was being turned away. They weren’t even willing to try to get a donation from me. The lady who was at the front wouldn’t let her younger coworker check because “she’s been her for 20 years”. The younger coworker did end up looking at my right arm when the other lady walked away and even questioned why they weren’t trying ... read more
Very slow tonight. My appointment was for 5:15, waited 45 minutes before I was called. Didn't get finished until 6:55.

Had a 12:45 appointment today to donate blood and waited for an hour and a half. I watched multiple donors leave due to the wait time. I also had to leave myself as I have to get my sister from school at 3pm. The Red Cross lost out on a lot of donations today solely due to the wait time. There were at least three employees working but for some reason only one person was donating at a time. Definitely will not be donating at this location again and can almost never make it to drives so the Red Cross likely just lost a young O... read more
