Today was my first time to donate blood and it was a great experience at the 21st Street location.The initial lady was very friendly and quick to process everything, keeping everything right on time. I was a little bit nervous just because I didn't know what to expect but the young lady that took my vitals and the pre procedure info was incredible. New location on 21st in Newark ohio is so slow. Took over 45 mins just sitting in the lobby before I was even seen. They need to learn time management better or stop over booking.
