Very pleased with the two visits to give platelets. It has not been busy both times but I'm pretty sure the employees have got it down to where you won't wait long if there's an open chair.
The technicians are professional and courteous. They make sure you are comfortable and answers any and all questions. I've never had a bad blood donating experience here.
