Staff were friendly i got a chance to see heathers name tag she was very awesome :)
Tammi is super amazing 100% will come back because of her even though two out of three times I've donated I felt horrible after but she was so sweet and caring!
I've donated here a couple times. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful, and you can tell they are passionate about what they're doing. Great atmosphere, and awesome place.
I had a very terrible experience with the Red Cross blood donation center in Onalaska. I was scheduled to give convalescent plasma and accidentally went to the La Crosse location since I was unaware that there was a location in onalaska as well. I tried calling to let them know I was on my way and running late but the number on google for onalaska directed me to the national Red Cross line, which couldn’t connect me to them.
