Awful experience! My 17 year old son decided he wanted to give blood for the first time. He made some mistakes when setting up the appointment. He signed up for plasma instead of blood and did not eat a proper meal before his arrival. The workers here were so rude and did not offer any help whatsoever. Unfortunately the Red Cross just lost a blood donor for life!
