Huge waste of time trying to donate. Inadequate staff can't operate anything right, huge hazard. Please be weary and DO NOT donate here. Very gross upkeep of the place from dirty and under worked staff. Use caution ⚠️.
Horrible horrible location. Went for my appointment was informed that I needed to scan my id, which has not been my experience in the past. Went back with my id to scan and was told they had no availability and couldn't take me despite there being a nurse on her phone not helping anyone and only one person giving blood. The man in charge was rude and dismissive and the girl checking people in had no idea what she was doing.
I have donated here on multiple occasions and have always been treated well. Staff is experienced and caring. The location is accessible and well-maintained. My comfort and safety has always felt like a priority when visiting this American Red Cross donation site, which is permanent (versus the mobile nature of other ARC operations). Parking is ample and facilities are also wheelchair accessible.
This was my first time donating at this location. These guys were great from start to finish. No wait, painless needle stick, friendly and caring staff, nice music playing. I'll definitely be back!
