There is a national shortage, so if you can spare just 15-30 min you can donate blood. Help save a life. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The facility is clean and there are plenty snacks. They care about the donors and do anything to keep you comfortable and answer as many questions as you may have. May sound intimidating at first, but just do it. If you qualify, do it! It take 7-10 min (maybe even faster this time for me) from when you start donation until you're done!
I try to donate blood every so often, and they are super friendly and good about getting you in and out. After your donation, they have a little area where you can grab some juice and a snack before leaving. I did a normal blood donation and I was back in my car in 45 minutes. Great place to go if you don't want to sit and wait at a blood drive!
