Up until the actual donation part it went well . I feel the person who tried to take donation didn't take enough time to find the vein and missed it.then spent 10 minutes moving needle around unable to get a (flow). Ended up pulling needle and leaving a giant bruise on my arm. Have given over 20 units of blood and this has never happened. Will ask for most experienced person from now on
As someone who donates blood frequently at various locations and pop ups, this place is consistently the best place and best experiences I've had. Always super professional, super respectful, and always kind.
