Wonderful people, wonderful cause. I've been going multiple times each month to donate Platelets (2+hours with a needle in each arm). Every single time I go it is extremely easy and pleasant. Everyone I have interacted with are both competent and friendly. They are happy to explain everything as it happens, and go at my speed. They are consistently focused on my comfort from warm blankets (that saline can be cold) to adjusting the tv, whatever I need. They are quick and professional, and pleasant to talk to while getting juiced. They also were giving out socks for Christmas.
