The Medford American Red Cross Blood Donation Center is at a convenient location, right off of Biddle Road (behind and to the left of Barnes and Noble). There is plenty of parking. I'm always greeted with positivity and passion from all of the volunteers and staff. I donate roughly 4x a year and I look forward to seeing everyone from when I arrive up until I've finished my donation. Their smiles are infectious. They always make me feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend donating blood/blood products at this location.

Well organized, and I never wait longer than 10 mins after I arrive. The nurses are very good at drawing blood, professional and it doesn’t hurt. A friendly and efficient place to donate blood or plasma or platelets.
