Has been a five (5) rating during the two previous donations, until today. Can’t remember the ladies name, but she’s a tall, slim, African American lady, who has zero costumer service skills, and who conducted herself like she didn’t want to be there... Very unprofessional. Had it not been for Shawn, who was the complete opposite; hence very professional, I would have left. This lady was annoyed at me for not knowing how to do self checkin. I have donated multiple times at the Columbus donor center. My donations have been tricky for the staff but they have never skipped a beat or made me feel like I was a hassle. I'm always greeted with a warm smile. They know my name and make me feel welcome. Great job guys
I went in with my completed rapid pass and was out in 30 minutes! Great experience and virtually painless!
The nurse who came from Macon to help out did an excellent job - hit my vein the first time with no bruising. Everyone was very friendly & professional. Overall a very good, easy experience.
