Staff have communication issues. Both with keeping you updated about what's going on (why they need to adjust the needle), and only setting you up for a platelet donation even if you were screened for plasma too. I don't find the environment very friendly.
Great staff and convenient for donations. I've been several times to donate and the staff are always friendly and attentive!
Very friendly for people who had to work on Christmas Eve. The process was swift and they were super attentive when I started feeling a bit woozy.
