Went in to voluntarily give blood in these times of shortages and was told that I needed to have or make an appointment, !!!!! since when is this a thing ???.. wake up blood banks.. people donate not for your company's convenience but to do well for a needed source,, And should ..NEVER.. EVER.. be told to make an appointment, instead try saying have a seat please. Gave it 2 stars because the receptionist was nice. Shame on you guys.
Always incredibly kind and courteous staff. The folks that take donations are very skilled and even though my veins didn't give any trouble, I've seen them work magic on the less, uh, veiny? I'm always thanked for donation and ensure that everything is good before leaving. It's clean, accommodating, and they offer CPR classes and many other opportunities.
Amazing experience overall! Clean store, helpful employees, and high-quality products. The coffee and snacks were delicious, prices were fair, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Definitely coming back again soon! Absolutely loved this place! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and fast service. The coffee was fresh and flavorful, and the shop had a cozy vibe. Perfect spot to relax, work, or meet friends. Highly recommend!
Staff is always friendly. Always checking to see if doners are ok, providing warm blankets. Very clean and professional atmosphere..Will come here every time.
