Kelly is such an amazing awesome kind person !!! She was so helpful and sweet throughout my entire process. I’ve donated blood many times and this was definitely the best experience I’ve had :) thank you for being you !!!
Heather was so pleasant throughout my donation experience at this location! Very friendly & frequently made sure that I was comfortable for the entirety of my visit. Not to mention, it was painless because of her skills!
It is scary when the dr tells you to donate blood every 3 months as yours is too thick. Then when you get to the place your blood pressure is too high to donate adding to the stress. Kelly was kind, friendly, and amazing. It was a welcome smile and caring attitude after our first two tries last month were met with a not so friendly person at the desk who was short with an uncaring demeanor.
I’ve never written a bad review before but I wanted to give blood and was uneasy at first because the lady who was going to take my blood seemed like she was just as nervous as me. She was asking for help and at one point before she was about to take my blood the she didn’t know how to fix the machine and another lady had to step in and help her. Everything was fine when she poked me but the pain from the poke is supposed to dull down and yet she had this look on her face like she was worried and my arm kept hurting. She cal... read more
