First timer and it went very well! Jem is wonderful, personable, and caring. She and a couple staff members helped me out afterward when I felt a bit woozy. The whole process took about 20 minutes but the donation was only about 5 minutes. She made sure I felt well enough before going home which didn't take long at all. I respect what they all do here for a good cause. You'll be in good hands when you donate. Thank you all, see you again in 2 months!

Brings back memories I used to bring the blood from Rochester two Pennsylvania nanticoke did that for 6 years and then go back to Rochester five nights a week a lot of good people
