Went to a scheduled blood drive at a local spot. (The Wright Center)Red Cross had a bus with four stations available. My husband and I had 12:15 and 12:30 appts. We arrived at 12:10 There were four people waiting and I asked what time their appts were 11, 12, 12:15 and 12:30. My husband was on lunch break, decided he couldn't wait. I returned at 12:40. Scheduled a blood donor appointment, it was confirmed, when I showed up there was no one there, waited around, no one showed up, it was supposed to be open 7:30-3, ap was at 8:45. Wasted an hour of my day. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
I had a great experience a few days ago giving blood very nice clean place the staff was so nice and the girl who took my blood Eva was amazing very kind and made the whole experience a pleasure
Absolutely love this place. Everyone is so kind and sweet. Gem was so much fun to talk to and skilled. Janiece, Claire, everyone is perfect here.
