This was my first time donating here and all of the staff were professional, caring and fun to chat with. I donated blood and felt a little dizzy afterwards and the staff made sure to lay me down and put cold towels on my forehead and neck. 🩸
Machine broke the first time, were understaffed and overbooked the second time even though I had an appointment. If they really needed my blood there were two chances to take it
The wheels have come off this operation. Compared to the organization I donate blood to when I’m down south this ARC location is in shambles.

It is amazing to me how poor the service is at this location. I have been donating blood for most of my adult life and have repeatedly had negative experiences here. I have donated in other states and have never had the kind of experiences I’ve had here- and this was not a one-off, it has been numerous times. They are short-staffed, the staff are rude (unhappy? disgruntled?). I come to give. I am treated like an inconvenience.
