My fiancé and I visited the platelet center recently, and I can honestly say the entire staff went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. From the moment we walked in, everyone was attentive, caring, and genuinely kind. This was my first time donating here and all of the staff were professional, caring and fun to chat with. I donated blood and felt a little dizzy afterwards and the staff made sure to lay me down and put cold towels on my forehead and neck. 🩸
Machine broke the first time, were understaffed and overbooked the second time even though I had an appointment. If they really needed my blood there were two chances to take it
The wheels have come off this operation. Compared to the organization I donate blood to when I’m down south this ARC location is in shambles.
Fabulous staff Excellent service. Very sharp needles! A joy all around.
