I am outraged at the way that my grandmother was treated when she went to donate blood at this location. She lives primarily in New York and travels out of state to Ohio during the school year to be near to her grandchildren. She has a medical condition that requires her to donate double red due to high iron in her blood. Her DOCTOR has told her she HAS to donate blood for that reason. I've been a Red Cross donor for a while now and have been visiting this location for the past five years. The facility is well-maintained, and the staff are always professional and courteous. I always schedule an appointment in advance, and most of the time, the donation process starts on time. Overall, it's a smooth and efficient experience every time.

Have given blood often but for some reason started feeling nauseated about halfway through. The staff were right on it. Very considerate and encouraging. Can't say enough about how nice and accommodating they were. Even checked on me after going out to the waiting area to sit down before leaving.
