Excellent staff here. The problem is with the promised premiums. The Red Cross seems to be a racket. High pressure to donate. Promises. I've not seen any of the gift cards that were promoted to me to donate. Of course I'm down with the nobility of the act. But the bait and switch is over. I'm done.
Friendly staff and skilled phlebotomists. Never had any problems donating platelets here.
I was feeling tired and weak and the Asian lady was rude and unprofessional and would not let me consume a liquid while donating due to me feeling weak and tired. Won’t be back.
I’d like to say that I had a great, safe experience here. I’d like to say that the staff was attentive and compassionate I CAN'T. I was treated like a leper walking in because I didn't know to fill out the health screening on my phone prior. The person assisting me made a LOUD comment "NOT YOUR HUSBAND," after I asked her if "I looked thirsty?" as a mild joke when asked if I had drank water that day.
