Please stop calling me. I'd like to start this off by saying: I'm a trans male (f->m). I pass as male both visually and vocally. My birth name happens to be (unfortunately) extremely feminine. I've said very politely that I am donating plasma to the biolife near where I live, and that I don't have a red cross location nearer to me. I've received countless calls asking me to donate and set up an appointment where they won't take 'no' for an answer. Very positive experience today donating platelets at the American Red Cross at Stoneridge shopping center. Expert needle work and a reasonable amount of time. Come on out and help save a life.

I was super nervous, as this was my first time; however the staff and overall experience was FANTASTIC!! As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed and reassured- they were comforting, encouraging, and uplifting! Highly recommend :))
