I had a 1 pm appointement today, came in at 1:10 pm (10 minutes late) with my rapid pass on hand, just to be lectured by the nurse in charge about the importance of being there on time. I left and will not come back. Which one is it? Critical need of platelets or something else? Please stop calling me. If your time is that valuable so is mine.
I came 3 minutes late. The door was locked. I knocked on the door and the nurse looked at me and completely ignored me, like I’m not a human being. It was cold and I stayed there for 5 minutes waving and waiting for her to acknowledge me! She could have waved or said something even behind the door. But ignoring me completely was just rude and disrespectful. Red cross will have the nerve to harass me every day to donate, and I receive this treatment? It’s just ridiculous.
