booked 2 sessions to donate and both sessions were cancelled after I had already arrived to the location. Once because their system flagged me, they didn’t call, and someone online I got approval. The second time because the hours to book aren’t aligned with their actual hours. Avoid and go somewhere else if you’re serious about donation.
Nurse/Phlebotomist Neghat was exceptional - she made this donation so comfortable compared to last time, and she was incredibly kind and patient, even answering other questions I had about other blood donation procedures and machines.
