There hours or service are different from the hours on there door so it's kind of upsetting when you take time from your day to go donate and they are closed.. call the 1800 number and they say we have no idea the hours or a direct number for any location.. guess they really don't need the rare blood type they play on the ads that they're short of.
I have always had an excellent experience at this location. One thing that you need to keep in mind is that a lot goes into the preparation for donating blood. My appointment has been scheduled for about one month and getting a phone call an hour and a half before my appointment to cancel my appointment is very frustrating. With a critical need for blood, this absolutely blows my mind. Especially since when I called I was told on the phone that numerous appointments at your location were canceled and she did not know why.
