This organization is a profit-centered SCAM that demands FREE blood from consumers and struggles to explain how it spends its budget. The Boomer scam artists call you private number DURING WORK HOURS to harass you to basically give them your blood...MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN PROFIT that they give to their EXECUTIVES. Is blood free after we donate? No? Then why would we???
booked 2 sessions to donate and both sessions were cancelled after I had already arrived to the location. Once because their system flagged me, they didn’t call, and someone online I got approval. The second time because the hours to book aren’t aligned with their actual hours. Avoid and go somewhere else if you’re serious about donation.
Nurse/Phlebotomist Neghat was exceptional - she made this donation so comfortable compared to last time, and she was incredibly kind and patient, even answering other questions I had about other blood donation procedures and machines.
