I believe in the Red Cross and want to do my part by donating blood and platelets. That said, the Rustcraft site in Dedham is plagued by inefficiency and what seems like an ineffective work stream. I have had to wait nearly an hour for each of my pre arranged appointments and won’t visiting this site anymore. Please Red Cross - make sure that you are adequately staffing your sites so donors are motivated to give!
Been donating blood for over 45 years and platelets fir over 5 years and this is by far the best donation center I’ve ever been to - from the greeter to the technicians to the lady who does the scheduling and answers all your questions , a great fun group who work great together as professionals with that personal touch you don’t often see now a days -
