This is the last time I will EVER allow these clowns to deaw blood. The people on the bloodo ile are rough and unskilled. They repeated poked me to get a draw and were just unpleasant to deal with. I will never have anything to do with the american red cross blood donation. Awful. Train your people correctly.
The staff here is great. I always have a good experience. They have delicious snacks and an atrium in the building that's nice to relax in. Help research, save a life, give blood... You got it for free :)
The American Red Cross has gotten some bad press because their CFO makes money. The American Red Cross is a worldwide organization and that CFO is responsible for overseeing a major company. You're not going to hire some rinky dink joke of an accountant to do that.
