I really don’t think y’all want the donations. Being closed 2 days in the middle of the week is mind boggling, and not being open by 8am on Monday & Tuesday is wild. Do y’all actually want ppl to come here or is this a front? Also, I’ve come here before and if my heart rate is a little high y’all don’t give me the time to have it go back down. I get checked twice and then kicked out. Why not let me sit and wait for a bit? It was dead when I asked, and the lady said no. Said it would mess with appointments ….Ma’am what appoin... read more

I've donated platelets here several times. The staff have always been professional and attentive during the process. Highly recommended.. and download the Blood donor app! It tracks where your donation has gone! Feels great to have that feedback!
Not recommended. Several years ago, my parents experienced a catastrophic house fire. I asked the Raleigh Red Cross for guidance or assistance. They said they do not support these types of disasters. Months later, I volunteered to give blood. When I arrived they said that they had plenty of blood, too much blood actually. My donation was not needed.
