My mother, Trude, adores this center and has been coming for years. The staff treats her so well. Today, I was expecially grateful to Cecilia, who was ever so patient and accommodating during their busy day to assist her to get to the ParaTransit that had come to pick her up (the driver went to the front, not the back). Thank you, Cecilia, and to all the staff for the work you do and for helping my mother feel so valued as a donor.

Myself and another donor today showed up for our appointments only to find locked doors everywhere. I called the phone number listed (the National Red Cross Line). The person on the phone was SO kind and very helpful; she went to great lengths to get in touch with the agency. She eventually found out “they closed unexpectedly this morning and sent all patients an email.” We both didn’t receive an email. The location is very conveniently located for me and the staff is always very friendly. I’ve visited this facility 4 times now to donate blood.

I couldn't donate blood because they only have the small sleeve to check blood pressure which seems wierd because they exist to take blood donation. Not blaming them but some of the questions on the rapid survey seem redundant and many were invasive in a way that was unnecessary for accepting blood donations.
