The folks that work here are super nice and accommodating. They have the newer comfortable chairs and make you're taken care of. This is quite important when giving a lot of platelets and plasma as it can take 90 minutes or so. They have a good selection of entertainment, Netflix, Hulu etc....amd of course they have a good selection of snacks and drinks at the end to re-up, especially the fresh popcorn. It's professional but has a family atmosphere as well. This is my go-to place in Louisville.

I drove from frankfort to donate platelets. My appointment was at 2:30 but they didn't set the machine up until 3:25. Then the worker missed my vein multiple times and it bruised. They offered to try a different vein but I was beyond discouraged at this point and was dangerously low on time so told them I was done. I'm mostly upset about the large package they open up just for platelets just going to waste. I won't be coming back to this location. They need more staff. Way more staff.
