Nice facility with plenty of parking. Inside was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and they got me in within 5 minutes of my appointment.. something other locations have struggled to do. I'll definitely do my next donation here again!
I have been giving blood for over 40 years now. Maybe during my early years during menstrual cycles I may not have been able to pass the hemoglobin test. But now all of a sudden they're using these new machines and a person like me with O positive is getting turned down every time I go. Someone today finally explained it to me. a day ago NEW Extremely disappointed with my experience at the Red Cross Blood Donation Center last May 12, 2026. I had a confirmed 1:00 PM appointment for a Power Red donation, yet when I arrived on time, I was told they could only accommodate me at 3:00 PM. This level of disregard for donors’ time is unacceptable. If appointments are going to be delayed by TWO HOURS, donors should be notified ahead of time instead of being made to show up and wait.
