Unfortunately, she displayed physically aggressive gestures and unprofessional behavior. As someone who values the work your organization does, I found this interaction deeply disappointing. Encounters like this raise concerns about how staff are managed and represented in the community. Professional conduct is especially important for an organization that depends on public trust and generosity.
It is always great to donate blood knowing you're helping someone in need.
Scheduled an appointment and got there and was told it would be over 45 minutes before they would get to me because a walk in came and wanted to do power reds so they put them on in my appointment time. Donation is important! Just not at this location!
The whole process is long and frustrating. Donors are trying to help and your process is 1000 paper cuts and then the jab. Make it easy.
