Today was my first platelet donation at this center. The staff was very kind and attentive to me and all of the other donors!
I donate here frequently, and I will say the building is older but it's not "run down" and "dirty." Just because it isn't a hospital doesn't mean it isn't clean. The entrance is a little difficult to find, so budget five minutes extra to find the entrance! It's a little tight parking lot. Staff is always friendly and hospitable - there is one staff member that keeps me coming with her friendly demeanor! Donated blood with our group. Staff is friendly. Note, they have one machine for Double Reds, and with three of us donating double reds, it takes a while to do all three people. Comfortable surroundings, good snacks and drinks after you donate. #save alive #donateblood
