Donated blood with our group. Staff is friendly. Note, they have one machine for Double Reds, and with three of us donating double reds, it takes a while to do all three people. Comfortable surroundings, good snacks and drinks after you donate. #save alive #donateblood
Excellent, caring, attentive staff.
I concur with the review (Lauren G.). Nothing has changed. I wish I had left without donating. I have communicated my concerns via ARC customer service (telephone) and in person. The follow up related to my observations and experience has been poor. Apheresis equipment malfunctioned during my donation. I actually did not feel safe at one point. There are multiple concerns to be addressed. Unfortunately, I will not be donating platelets again nor recommending to anyone to do so, at least at this fixed site location.
Went to donate platelets for the first time, but left without donating due to the state of the building. It was dirty and run down. No one greeted me when I walked in or assisted me. It was hard to find the entrance. I wanted to donate but didn't feel safe doing it there.
