Today was my first platelet donation at this center. The staff was very kind and attentive to me and all of the other donors!
I donate here frequently, and I will say the building is older but it's not "run down" and "dirty." Just because it isn't a hospital doesn't mean it isn't clean. The entrance is a little difficult to find, so budget five minutes extra to find the entrance! It's a little tight parking lot. Staff is always friendly and hospitable - there is one staff member that keeps me coming with her friendly demeanor!
