Even though this is a freestanding location, it always seems unorganized. Second time my husband had a double red donation scheduled to get there and find out the machine was broken?!? The staff couldn’t check the schedule and reach out to potential donors in advance. It was time wasted at the attempt to do something to help others
While I do wish there was a bit more professionalism, (snacking, phone usage, bedside manner) it was not bad overall and I would come back—maybe only for whole blood though.
Friendly staff. This is a convenient location for me. I don't have to search for "local" blood drives anymore.
