Firstly, they never gave me my hand warmer for my platelet donation. The staff had to be reminded by other customers to give them out and I still didn’t get one. Then I spent an hour of my life today in here waiting to donate blood just to watch a person who just walked in get taken back in less than 10 minutes after being called out by name and chatted with by the staff in front of the full lobby. Mikayla did a great job making sure I was comfortable during my platelet donation process. Everything went well and I enjoyed the process.
This was my second time as a blood donor and Angie and Mikayla made me feel very comfortable. It was so much easier the second time, and I am very appreciative of their help. I look forward to the next time glad that I can help someone who really needs Blood.
I had the pleasure of Sara drawing my blood , the entire process was beyond pleasant. Sara was very attentive and professional in every step of the donation from asking the questions ,making me feel relaxed and comfortable checking on me throughout the process and the stick was seamless. I could tell Sara takes great pride in her craft and her skill set was awesome. The center was extremely clean and I will definitely be back for other donations and thanks for such a great experience Sara and the RedCross .
To be honest, this is the first time I have encountered such an attitude, it was my husband's second visit, where he donated blood. He doesn't know English well, so I help him with the answers to his questions. This time they didn't let me in, it was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. If a person donates blood, does it for free, I think you can be more welcoming, I think he won't go
