While I do wish there was a bit more professionalism, (snacking, phone usage, bedside manner) it was not bad overall and I would come back—maybe only for whole blood though.
Friendly staff. This is a convenient location for me. I don't have to search for "local" blood drives anymore.
Instead of taking walk ins as other centers do you need to have an appointment. I have o negative blood which can go to any other blood type and I have been turned away 3 times in a blood shortage. This is horrible way to treat donors and should be corrected immediately .
Mikayla, Kendall and Michael were all extremely warm and helpful! Very pleasant and decently fast.
New facility with modern technology. The people here are like their environment, sterile. Don’t expect to be engrossed in a conversation outside of last name and address. Still the best blood donation facility across the network.
