The staff and volunteers are incredibly kind and hospitable. They are at the ready with comforts for during and after your donation. I’ve donated both whole blood and platelets/ plasma and have had nothing but wonderful experiences, if you can say that about blood donations.

Given 6 gallons to date... quick and easy to get in and out! Rapid Pass on their phone app makes it even quicker, and it tracks your bloods journey so you can see where it ultimately ends up, which is kind of cool

The building is really cool. It is clean, they are nice and professional. I got stuck twice, but I can be hard to get blood from and we got a successful donation so I think they did fine.
