I've given two stars because i have had some good phlebotomists here. However, today a phlebotomist messed up on my arm. I told them to stick me in a specific spot, as everything that doesnt get stuck there goes wrong. He didn't listen, and tightened the blood pressure cuff to the point my fingers started to go numb. The blood flow stopped and they said it was because I wasn't pumping the ball, even though I was. They decided although I was almost done it wasn't enough. So they are throwing my blood away.
