I won't be donating here again due to the staff's unprofessionalism and creation of a chaotic environment which made for an unpleasant donation.
Honestly had a great time. The staff is like a big family. Maybe it’s just the lack of blood or the fact my bff is here but honestly this was the most fun I’ve had all week.
I have donated at this location many different times (6) and each time the level of professionalism of the staff is inappropriate. At my most recent donation, the health history nurse was swearing and complaining about how tired they were. When it was time for the needle the nurse said “I think there’s a vein there, but I’m not sure.” This made me tense and worried throughout the donation.
