The staff at this location are the best. It's been a while since I've walked into an establishment and felt valued and was welcomed with friendliness. It was my first time donating and they took the time to educate me on certain things as well as make me feel comfortable throughout the process. There was a trainee as well and even she was great at going through everything. I did have some issues with my vein not wanting to stick and they were so gentle with the way they handled it. I've been to this location twice , and every visit is pleasant. The staff is so sweet with a big smile on their face. Bathrooms are clean, plenty of parking, snacks and juice are available after you donate. And the chairs for donating are comfortable and cleaned.
Today was my first time donating. I was VERY nervous. Sadith took her time with me, she reassured me throughout my time in the office and was dedicated to me and my donation. I appreciated the 1:1 attention they give each donor when you go in the office. If you are apprehensive about donating, DO IT! The staff was so patient and helpful and I’m so glad I donated.
Staff was very friendly and courteous.
