The American Red Cross came down our street offering cleaning supplies and snacks after the flooding we experienced in Des Moines. We couldn’t be more appreciative of the help and efforts people have made! What a wonderful world full of wonderful people!

I have been a member of the Y for over 20 years. I've been to other workout facilities but they were never like the Y. Their staff is very helpful and take great pride in their jobs. You know what, I wouldn't mind working there .

The experience was great. Recertification for my Cpr/Aed and my trainer Sarita Wilson was awesome. She made the class fun and was very informative at the same time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
