I Had a problem with a member of the their staff and I proceeded to leave a bad review of this company... Mark (OWNER/Management) contacted me promptly to resolve the issue. American Realty has excellent properties and now I can say they truly care about their customers experiences! THANKS MARK
BEWARE .....CAUTION.....I did not have a good experience with American Realty or with ERA Old South Properties, Inc. When we arrived at our rental home the first time , we were met with a pallet on the floor in one of the bedrooms and drugs in the closet from someone who had decided to squat there. We had to call the police and make a report at which time we asked to have our locks changed, they acted like we weren't justified to request that and by the way the whole house smelled like drugs and animal urine.
