[UPDATED]Still waiting on deposit return after a month out of the rental house. Had to argue with Michele (about not receiving 30 day notice invalidating the return on a fix-term contract with date arranged on it) to even agree to return it to me. She told me last week she sent out the deposit check and hasn't responded to my questions about the check or updated me in any way. Update: Received deposit check.
