Mrs. Howard of American Realty Ltd is truly a force to be wreak-end with. She rules her business with a keen dominance that rivals her counterparts; Always professional and courteous, she manages her business in a well timed manner. I have been doing business with Sharon for over 10 years. I would want no one else but her to manage my rental properties. She is strong and steadfast, and takes no nonsense from unsavory renters.... Now if only I can find a babysitter with the same pan-ash.
I would not recommend using this company as a property owner nor as a renter. I am a property owner and had problems with her from the start. After I signed contract with her, her attitude went from nice to bad. She acted like I worked for her... told me what I HAD to do --- wash the windows, paint the house... She told the renter that I would paint the downstairs w/o my permission... After renter moved in, she called me to put a door stop ($2); I had to remind her that this was part of her job to take care of that. She hung... read more
