On January 25th of 2026 I won several items in an online auction. My credit card was charged but I never received my merchandise. I have called numerous times and I am getting the same answer that a shipment number has been sent to my email address and I also checked my junk email and I received nothing. I have called the main phone number on my invoice but it goes to Verizon message saying that they are out and no way to leave message. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful!!! I had my baby with me and Beth offered to carry my item out for me so I didn’t break anything. Will definitely be doing more bidding with them, thanks again!!
My daughter lost her check from 4h and their business and phone number are on the checks. I called to get a replacement check sent and Beth told me she left work early that day but the next day the check would be sent out, but she never took my information. I waited a few weeks and asked her again and was told that she forgot and again she wasn't at work again. I gave her my information and again she assured me she would get it in the mail.
