Can't beat great business !
Excellent business with an experienced team that knows how to keep a good conversation while you wait 5 hours for a background check to come through for a weapons purchase. (Wasn’t their fault the system went down when my paperwork was submitted) They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable. Highly recommend them as a facility with an FFL, but also to just have fun with auctions!
Purchased an piece of vintage pottery and had it shipped to me. No email/invoice from the company showing how much shipping was, no notification the item was shipped, just arrived at my doorstep. After bringing the package inside I discovered it was broken and in about 100 pieces. After several emails, claim filed with UPS, they still haven't contacted me back with a resolution after 8 days. Horrible communication, horrible customer service. Definitely do not recommend.
American Realty & Auction did a great job facilitating a huge estate auction for our family. We were impressed with how smooth the process was and all the professional, hard work they put into it! Great auction company! Highly recommend them!
