DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I currently live at one of their properties. A 4 year old building. Our amenities we enjoy are: Partial doorman (7am-11pm weekdays and 24 hour on weekends), rooftop with NYC view, pool, balcony, great light and west facing city views. As of Jun 5, Bozzuto management (on behalf of Owners American Realty Advisors notified us that construction on our building will begin Monday, June 8 to the exterior of the building.
