Do not rent from this company! Read Google & Yelp reviews. They are a family run business. Very unprofessional .. not to be trusted. The deposit you will never get back. They never called me back though I left a message about a rental property.
They are a really good rental company. The only issue I have is that sometimes it’s hard to get them on the phone. Everyone is really nice and responsive when you visit the office though
As the owner of a property located next to Marcia Keenan Bundy, who is owner and property management of American Realty Property in Concord, I am VERY disappointed of the upkeep condition and maintenance. Very uncooperative individuals. One word to best describe SLUMLORD. A slumlord (or slum landlord) is a derogatory term for a landlord, generally an absentee landlord with more than one property, who attempts to maximize profit by minimizing spending on property maintenance, often in deteriorating neighborhoods.
